Interest in the Municipal Services Project:
Urban Research Centre (URC) has been working towards strenghening local democracy - the link between citizens, elected representatives and the urban local governments. URC has been also monitoring the reforms and conditionalities of Asian Development Bank funded urban development projects in Karnataka. So, concerned about the way commercialization of constitutional functions are being pushed.
