Aqua Publica Europea (APE), the European association of public water operators, is organizing a seminar to explore the meaning and implications of water affordability. Drawing on contributions from institutional representatives, civil society and the academic world, the seminar will discuss concrete approaches to ensure that all citizens have access to affordable, high quality and sustainable water services.
